Accessibility statement
jerdogan.art is continuously being developed towards accessible use in German and English.
Keyboard operation
The main navigation, language controls, appearance control and global dialogs are reachable with Tab and Shift+Tab. Enter activates links and Enter or Space activates buttons. Open dialogs keep focus inside, close with Escape and then return focus to the control that opened them.
Area-specific keys
On the home page, Left Arrow and Right Arrow control the section carousel. In the book readers, the arrow keys provide previous/next navigation. Keyboard functions are only described where they are actually available.
Further measures
The website uses semantic regions, a skip link to the main content, visible focus states, language-specific pages, an additional dark appearance and respects the operating system preference for reduced motion.
Embedded applications
Interactive applications and simulations may have their own keyboard and operating concepts. Relevant information is provided on the respective project page or within the application.
